更新日期：2026 年 10 月 8 日PocketTale AI（以下简称“本应用”）是一款在 Android 设备上使用本地 AI 模型创作故事的应用。开发者联系邮箱：pockettale@chenjianyi.com。
1. 本地处理
故事生成、角色信息、故事正文、收藏及阅读进度默认保存在设备本地。AI 模型下载需要互联网，下载过程会向模型文件提供方及其网络服务提供商发出请求；故事创作和阅读在模型就绪后可离线进行。应用不会自动将本地故事、角色设定或创作提示发送至开发者服务器。
2. 自愿提交不适当内容举报
用户主动提交举报时，本应用向开发者位于美国的服务器发送举报类别、可选的问题描述、应用语言、随机生成的举报编号及提交时间。只有用户主动勾选分享故事片段时，才会附带最多 2,500 个字符的故事内容。网络不可用时，举报可能暂存于本机，等待后续联网重试。服务器为防止滥用，会在内存中短暂处理请求来源 IP 地址的哈希，用于限流，不以此建立用户画像。
服务器上的举报记录通常保留最长 180 天，之后自动清理；如果依法要求保存更久，则按适用法律处理。用户可通过下方邮箱申请查询或删除已提交的举报，请尽可能提供大致提交日期及举报编号（如有）。
3. 应用内购买
一次性买断由 Google Play 处理。开发者不会获得付款卡号。应用可能向开发者服务器发送 Google Play 购买凭证，以核验付费功能的使用资格；服务端验证功能启用前，不会据此收集额外的付款资料。Google 对购买和付款信息的处理受其自身隐私政策约束。
4. 数据共享、保管及安全
本应用目前不使用广告 SDK，也不以广告为目的出售或共享举报内容。网络传输使用 HTTPS。服务器托管服务提供方可能在提供基础设施过程中处理必要的连接信息。我们采取合理措施限制管理访问和保留期限，但互联网传输无法保证绝对安全。
5. 儿童与监护人
本应用供家庭及儿童使用。请由家长或监护人决定是否提交举报，尤其是在选择分享故事片段时；不要在反馈内容中填写儿童姓名、住址、联系方式或其他敏感信息。家长或监护人认为儿童信息已被提交时，可联系我们申请删除。
6. 您的选择与联系
您可在应用内删除本地故事，或通过卸载应用移除其本地数据（具体取决于系统备份设置）。不提交举报时，故事内容不会因举报功能而上传。有关隐私、举报删除、数据处理疑问：pockettale@chenjianyi.com。本政策如有重要调整，将更新此网页及更新日期。

5. 兒童與監護人
本應用程式供家庭及兒童使用。請由家長或監護人決定是否提交檢舉，尤其是分享故事片段時。請勿在說明中輸入兒童姓名、地址、聯絡方式等敏感資訊。若監護人認為兒童資料已被提交，可以要求刪除。
6. 選擇及聯絡
您可在應用程式中刪除本機故事，或解除安裝以移除本機資料（視作業系統備份設定而定）。不提交檢舉時，不會因檢舉功能而上傳故事。隱私或資料刪除問題請寄信至 pockettale@chenjianyi.com。重要修改將更新本頁面及日期。

1. On-device processing
Story generation, character details, story text, favorites, and reading progress are stored locally by default. Downloading an AI model requires the Internet and contacts the model-file provider and its network providers. Once the model is ready, story generation and reading can work offline. We do not automatically upload stories, character settings, or prompts to our servers.
2. Voluntary content reports
When a user chooses to report inappropriate AI content, the app sends the report category, optional description, app language, a random report identifier, and submission time to our server in the United States. A story excerpt of up to 2,500 characters is included only if the user explicitly opts to share it. Reports can be queued locally when offline and retried when connectivity returns. To prevent abuse, our server temporarily processes a hash of the request IP address in memory for rate limiting; it is not used to profile users.
Server-side reports are generally kept for up to 180 days, unless a longer period is required by law. To request access to or deletion of a submitted report, email us with its approximate submission date and report identifier, if available.
3. In-app purchases
One-time purchases are handled by Google Play. We do not receive payment card numbers. The app may send a Google Play purchase token to our server to verify premium access; until server-side validation is enabled, it does not collect additional payment details for this purpose. Google's handling of payment data is governed by its own privacy policy.
4. Sharing and security
The app currently contains no advertising SDK, and we do not sell or share report content for advertising. Network data is sent over HTTPS. Infrastructure hosting providers may process necessary connection information to deliver the service. We take reasonable steps to restrict administrator access and limit retention, but cannot guarantee absolute network security.
5. Children and guardians
The app is intended for families and children. Parents or guardians should decide whether to submit reports, especially when sharing excerpts. Do not include a child's name, address, contact details, or sensitive information in report descriptions. Guardians may request deletion if they believe a child's personal data was submitted.
6. Choices and contact
Users can delete locally stored stories in the app, or uninstall the app to remove local data, subject to OS backup settings. No story text is uploaded through reporting unless a report is actively submitted with an optional excerpt selection. Contact pockettale@chenjianyi.com regarding privacy, reports, or deletion. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
